Your Students' Data
You're trusting us with children's names and attendance records. Here is specifically how that information is protected.
Encrypted in transit
Every page is served over HTTPS using modern TLS only. Older, weakened protocols are switched off, and browsers are instructed not to fall back to an unencrypted connection.
Your center is kept separate
Each center's records live in their own isolated database schema, not mixed into shared tables. One center's data cannot be reached from another, even by accident.
The database isn't on the internet
It accepts connections only from the application itself, on the same machine. There is no route to it from the outside world.
Passwords are never stored
We keep a one-way cryptographic hash, never the password itself. Nobody — including us — can read or recover it.
Separate staff and admin accounts
Front desk staff get a day-to-day login. Adding students, editing settings and running payroll require an administrator account, so the kiosk can sit in the open safely.
Backed up every night
A full copy of your center's records is taken automatically each night and kept for 30 days.
Your data is yours
Student information is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond running your center. Export it whenever you want, to PDF or Excel.
